PROVENANCE PHASE 1
Provenance at Discovery Park, in partnership with Purdue Research Foundation, is a neighborhood that combines a variety of housing types in a new walkable village-like environment. Provenance provides upscale apartments minutes from Purdue’s campus and nearby Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Rolls Royce, and Saab Aerospace.

UNION SQUARE
Union Square at Grand Junction will be a significant part of downtown Wesftield’s transformation. Buildings add to the eclectic mix of existing architecture. Retail shops, restaurants, market rate apartments, and office included.

NORTH END
Carmel, Indiana’s first housing community to integrate a dedicated portion of apartments for residents with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. North End is a “community first” mixed use facility including 28,000 square feet of Class A retail space and recreational amenities.
